THE CELLAR OF THE "CHATEAU DE LA PEYRADE"

  To be able to better receive our customers, and French and strangers
tourists visiting the area, we have designed a 4000 sq. ft air conditioned
wine-tasting area in genuine "Languedoc style" where you can come
and discover ours wines.

FRONTIGNAN MUSCATS from the "CHATEAU DE LA PEYRADE"
Château La Peyrade "Prestige Quality Vintage Wine" : a Muscat specially selected from the
first grape juice pressed from grapes harvested from mature vines.
 
Château La Peyrade "Tradition Quality".
 
Château La Peyrade "Forgotten Barrels" : Muscat wine has been aged in oak for 7 to 8 years.
"VINS DE PAYS D'OC" From the same Small Muscat Grape variety.

"Vintage Cuvée des Lilas" : Wine made from fully fermented Muscat grapes.
 
"Cuvée des Abeilles" : as for "Cuvée des Lilas" but with 30 g residual sugar.
 
"Late Harvest" : from ultra-ripe grapes harvested late October / early November where the
alcohol content of  the must is over 20°. This is a naturally sweet wine with no added alcohol.

   

 OTHERS LANGUEDOC WINES

  In addition, as Languedoc wines are earning an ever finer
reputation, we have, for our customers, selected several of the
most interesting wine-farmers in the area taken from the main
Southern French Appellations as Faugères, St Chinian,
Corbières, Minervois, Côteaux du Languedoc, and included
a range of other quality products typical of the region.
