A dry white wine made 100% from totally fermented Muscat petit grains grapes, unusually it retains all the characteristic aromas of the Muscat grape. An ideal aperitif, it is also delicious with asparagus, slightly charred grilled fish and Mediterranean dishes as well as cheese. Serve between 7/9°C.
Cuvée le Champ des Rainettes Vin de Pays des Collines de la Moure Slightly dryer than the LILAS, this dry Muscat is even fresher and more lively - you simply must try it !
A sweet, light wine made from Muscat grapes, scrumptious with sweet and sour dishes, desserts or as an aperitif. Serving temperature : 8/10°C.
The grapes for this wine which is the forebear of modern Muscats, are picked two months after the normal harvest when they are shrivelled and packed with sugar. An enchanting wine with an intense nose and deep colour, it is splendid with foie gras, puddings or as a pre-meal treat. Serving temperature : 9 /10° C.
Les Trois Rois Vin de Pays d'Oc (12% vol, 35g sugar/L). This medium dry sparkling wine is made in the traditional method; you will love its pale gold colour and fine, regular, bubbles. It is light and fresh - a perfect way to celebrate special occasions and enhance your desserts ! Drink very cold between 5/7°C.
