VINIFICATION

This wine is made from a Traditional Muscat aged on the wood
for three years or more.

The ideal moment for racking the wine is decided by regular tasting which thus determines the date for bottling.

 ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES

The aim of this cellar work is to bring out the best in the Muscat
aromas while contributing a well-rounded, woody liqueur effect
with a hint of vanilla, and above all superb length and finish.
It is not as sweet as a traditional Muscat.
